In 2024, we celebrated 200 years of the naming of Port Stanley.  Today we recognize the rich history of this place before and after 1824.

Heritage Port Stanley, a group whose mandate is to preserve, display and share the history of Port Stanley, is offering you an opportunity to visit and learn about some special sites designated as significant in the evolution of the Village.

Walk around the harbour, and you can learn about many historical happeneings in the village from the interpetive signs, and vist our many businesses and restaurants that draw people from all over.
