Lover's Lane
This postcard shows a path along the bluff which extends west of the main village. The bluff itself has been known by many names over the years - Invererie Heights, Fraser Heights, Mariner"s Bluff or simply the picnic grounds. It would probably be more accurate to say that the last 3 names refer to the east end of the bluff. The pathway shown on this postcard extended along the more westerly part of the bluff, and the postcard is labeled "Lover's Lane".
The message on the postcard is dated 1910 and simply says, "Many Happy Returns of the day"
